Cranmore Mountain Resort! Located in North Conway, NH, this landmark ski resort is also North Conway's year round playground with something for the whole family, no matter what the season! Ski or ride from December through March, and even take a spin down its ten lane Tubing park! Ski lessons, live music and the regular winter event series “Cranapalooza” make this mountain the ultimate family-friendly ski resort in Mt. Washington Valley!

When the lifts stop spinning, enjoy summer fun in the Mountain Adventure Park. Zoom down the Mountain Coaster, arch high into the sky on the Giant Swing and zip on the Soaring Eagle Zip Line.

Enjoy a relaxing Scenic Chairlift Ride up to the Summit Meister Hut, and for those looking to go down the mountain, experience the thrill of Downhill Mountain Biking. In its new lift-serviced park, you can also take beginner and intermediate lessons.

Cranmore Mountain Resort is also the home for the Arts Jubilee summer concert series.Rocking out since 1983, Arts Jubilee presents five concerts at Cranmore Mountain Resort every summer. Each concert is punctuated by extreme regional talent that performs anything from rock, to blues, to tribute bands, and swing. You’ll also enjoy food from Zip’s Pub at the base of Cranmore Mountain, the occasional ice cream truck from Trails End Ice Cream, and even a fireworks display.

Bretton Woods offers a three-hour canopy tour, and two options for golfing when it opens up its summer operations.

Bretton Woods Ski Resort! Known as New Hampshire’s largest ski area that consistently wins “Best Grooming in the East Coast” from Ski Magazine, Bretton Woods offers with 464 acres of skiing and snowboarding on 63 trails and 35 glades! Make your way to each trail through its ten lifts, including the new Bretton Woods Skyway 8-Passenger Gondola and four high-speed quads.

Whether there’s snow on the ground, leaves on the trees during fall foliage, or the sun is shining on a clear summer day, you can zip down the mountain on the Bretton Woods Canopy Tour. This three hour zip line offers nine sip lines ranging from 120 to 830 feet long, 2 sky bridge, 3 rappels, and more.

Bretton Woods also maintains pristine 18-hole and 9-hole golf courses. ‍The 18-hole Mount Washington Course is par 72, 7,004 yards. It’s been regularly voted as “One of the Best Courses You Can Play” in Golf Week Magazine, in NH. Bretton Woods golf courses offer a fully stocked pro shop, lessons with PGA professionals and access to “The Grille” clubhouse.The Mount Pleasant Course is a 9-hole course that is par 35, 3,215 yards. It will challenge first-time players and entertain seasoned ones. It provides a pressure free environment for all abilities. Both offer views of Mount Washington that you have to see to believe.

Jackson Ski Touring Foundation! One of the most quaint Nordic Ski Centers that defines New England  skiing, Jackson Ski Touring Foundation is located right in Jackson Village, NH. It offers an expansive trail network of  50+ trails equaling 100KM, and it takes pride in its hard-working, expert grooming team. Most of which groom the trails that they themselves ski!

Jackson Ski Touring Foundation offers lessons, warming huts along its trail systems, and some of its trails are dedicated for dog-friendly use.

In the summer, Wentworth Golf Club takes over the ski center, and turns it into an 18-hole golf course. You’ll weave throughout Jackson Village, as you make your way through the course you’ll take in views of the Presidential Range and follow the Wildcat and Ellis Rivers. Take a hole-by-hole tour, here. Madeline’s Sandwich and Deli is located on the 18th hole for a mid-day break and the Red Fox Bar and Grille is right down the road from the pro shop, for some of the best wood fired grilling in the valley.

Great Glen Trails offers fat biking, mountain biking, kayaking and trail running in the summer.
In the winter it turns into a Nordic Ski Center offering a high end experience with snowmaking and stunning views.

Great Glen Trails! Is an iconic multi-season playground that offers high quality nordic skiing, tubing, and fat biking in the winter in Pinkham’s Notch, NH. You’ll take in gorgeous views of the Presidential Mountain Range, as well as have access to nordic ski lessons from a range of experts in the field.

In the summer you can bike, trail run and kayak to your heart’s desire! Great Glen Trails offers a suite of guided kayaking services, including a wildlife tour, sunset tour and Whitewater Kayaking clinics. Click to learn more about its kayaking tours. It has a regular trail run series that takes place every week, and rents Fat Bikes to individuals and families looking to play.

Of course it doesn’t just have to be a ski resort in Mt. Washington Valley, New Hampshire that offers multi-season fun. There are plenty of attractions in the North Conway, NH area and beyond that operate during the summer, fall, and winter. Some include the Mount Washington Cog Railway, a heritage train that makes its way up Mount Washington the old fashioned way! One of the oldest attractions in the United States, riding “The Cog” up Mount Washington is a unique way to spend a day in Mt. Washington Valley, New Hampshire.

Conway Scenic Railroad also offers train rides throughout the fall and summer, and offers a limited series of winter events, too. Throughout summer and fall it offers two Valley routes to Conway or Bartlett; as well as the legendary Crawford Notch Train. You will enjoy an old-fashioned railroading experience, traveling in vintage equipment over historic tracks, with Coach, First Class, and First Class dining as seating options.

In the winter it offers Snow Trains that run from North Conway to Attitash in January and February. This is a true throwback to the trains origins when it transported visitors from Boston to area ski resorts. Now you can leave the hassle of parking and carpooling behind and bask in an activity from some of skiing’s glory days.
