The 19th Annual MWV Chili Cookoff is on Saturday, March 28th from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at a new location-- Tuckerman Brewing Company in Conway! This fiery fiesta, presented by the Mt. Washington Valley Chamber of Commerce, brings together top-notch chefs — both professional and amateur — who are ready to battle it out for chili supremacy. Expect bold flavors, hourly door prizes, and a whole lot of fun! Come hungry and help crown a winner in this year's epic chili showdown. Douse the flames and reset the pallet with a Tuckerman Brewery beer.
Chili entries will be judged by a panel of local celebrity judges who will award 1st, 2nd and 3rd places in each of two categories: Professional Chef and Amateur Chef. Chef's will also award a best overall veggie chili. Event attendees will cast votes to select the People's Choice overall winner and a winner for Best Display.
With limited space, chefs are encouraged to submit their registration as soon as possible.
Advance tickets for the event are $15 and can be purchased online until 1PM on Friday. March 27th. Tickets will be on sale at the door for $20. Children 9 and under are free.
